PhantomFit Resistance Loop Bands are durable latex bands that work to strengthen muscles through resistance training. They come in a set of Light, Medium, Heavy, and X-Heavy colored bands in a nice little nylon storage pouch.

These loop bands work for everything from physical therapy exercises to intense resistance training.They are great for squats, lunges, arm and leg workouts, and stretching exercises. I did have to do some online searching to find some ideas on what workouts to use these for, and my favorite one was the side-to-side exercise. Boy, does it really work your hip and thigh muscles! I also enjoy using these bands for arm stretching and toning.

The Light and Medium bands are enough for me at this time, and I can't imagine even being able to use X-Heavy! But it's nice to have all the different resistance levels in this set. They are snap-resistant and heavy-duty, plus they're lightweight and easy to throw in your gym bag.

My only recommendation is to include maybe a card or booklet with some examples of different exercises that can be done with these bands. However, PhantomFit does include a free download of some great workout music with your purchase, so that is a nice bonus.

 You can't beat the price for these cables! Love that they are nice, long, 6 ft cables and they are high quality. I am not an electronics expert, but I have learned that there can be big differences in quality among HDMi cables. These have worked great for all of our electronics and perform very well - no glitches, great picture quality, etc. You are getting a 2 pack for this price as well, so it's really a great deal. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs to purchase cables for their electronic equipment. We are one of those families with a TV in almost every room. While I'm not a huge TV watcher, I'm the exception in our house! It seems like we are always replacing a TV or an Apple TV or computer. Electronics come and go and technology changes so fast that it's hard to keep up with! Some of our old electronics actually had to be replaced because the new item we were connecting it to only had an HDMI cable. I think we are done replacing things and now have everything that is just HDMI capable.

My husband really appreciated the 6 foot length of this cable. Why is it that things never seem to be close enough to where you need to set them up? You can tell just from the weight and size of these that they are made from quality materials and are super durable.

I can't guarantee that the cables made the difference but it would be a mighty big coincidence if they weren't the reason we no longer experience signal issues with our Apple TV! SuperSwizz Spiral Slicer Review

I just tried the SuperSwizz out tonight and it is simply amazing. I wanted to make a vegetable "spaghetti" salad and it worked perfectly! I used carrots, zucchini, and beets! It was absolutely the easiest gadget to use. You just put your vegetable in the end and turn it to create long spaghetti-like strands. You can choose from two different julienne sizes; 2x3mm or a wider 3.5x5mm. I choose the smaller setting, but can't wait to try the larger setting for making sweet potato spirals! The best part of this gadget is that you can make healthy foods fun. My children usually won't eat vegetables, but when they saw the beautiful strands of vegetables, they wanted to try it. They absolutely loved it. I think this would be a great way to get kids to eat more vegetables as it's fun to use and fun to eat.This is perfect for fun summer food. I made a salad with veggie shavings for our 1st Bar-b-q yesterday and it got rave reviews. I love this because it allows me to make fun food, and especially with summer approaching and cookout season upon us, this is very helpful.
I would recommend this to anyone who needs to be as visually attracted to their food as they are to the taste of their food. Its a nifty little tool.

Nail Cones are a product that seek to address the messy manicure problem. I’m sure you’ve experienced the frustration of trying to apply a beautiful polish, only to end up with more of it on your skin than your nails! I have to admit that I have been having huge problems with my nails the last year. I don't know if it's because my RA has gotten very aggressive and none of the RA medications are working for me anymore and I have gone through them all so now I am not on anything. Saving Gracie Book Review

When Gracie is accosted by a redheaded ghost, Officer Marcel Trudeau assumes the old gal is hallucinating. Again. But to Gracie the dead girl is real, and her message is urgent—someone will die tonight.

Sure enough, a body surfaces in Echo Pond, and the town of Coyne Falls plunges into chaos. In the furor that follows, the victim's widow jumps out a window, a dead man sends text messages, a missing person is duct taped to a toilet, and a beagle runs howling into the night.

Meanwhile, the ghost sends Gracie on a mission: "follow the beagle" to save a life.

I did not not know of this author prior to this review. Now I can not get enough. The blend of mystery and creepiness is so enticing. The characters are all but holding you into the pages. I would love to have this book in a hard or paperback to add to my home collection, because it is just that good. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes mysteries that develop throughout the entire book. This is the first book I've read by Nancy DeMarco but it won't be the last. Hopefully she will write many more books because she writes a story that you want to read. Nancy DeMarco is a talented storyteller and Saving Gracie is a book you won’t want to set down. As I was reading, I couldn’t help but think back to summer camp. We would sit around a campfire and tell stories until our eyelids were beyond heavy. There was always that one girl in the group who could tell a story in such a way your mouth was gaping open and you found yourself leaning in so you wouldn’t miss a single word. Nancy DeMarco is that girl for me. I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough and I didn’t want to go to sleep until I had finished Saving Gracie.

It wasn’t dry and still no irritation, itch, or anything of the sort going on. I waited two days and used the mask again, same thing! It says once a week or as needed. I for one Love this kind of book (but I would have to say that about any kind of books really) Everyone in my family loves to read so anytime we get to read a book.  We Jump at the chance!!!  This was one of those books that you just could not put down it was like I had to keep reading to find out what was next to come.  If you are looking for a really great book to read during the summer I would recommend this book to anyone.

It should come as no surprise that Writers of the Future features some of the best short stories and illustrations from up-and-coming authors/illustrators in the science fiction and fantasy genres. The 30th anniversary edition is no different in the quality I've come to expect from this anthology series. Combined with several essays and tales from award winning authors like Orson Scott Card, Robert Silverberg, and L. Ron Hubbard himself, every emerging writer of science fiction and fantasy should consider this book a career investment.

Highlights of this year's volume for me include the stunning world-development of author Anaea Lay in "These Walls of Despair" and the heart-wrenching, unique take on transformation fiction in "Shifter" by Paul Eckheart.

 In a few short pages this story presents a world where memories are transferred as part of a dying person's estate. It's a powerful tale about a boy and his grandfather and a world where justice isn't always just.

What I find most appealing about short stories especially science fiction and fantasy shorts is their ability to explore to one topic, one theme, one brilliant idea in a seemingly effortless manner.
