What I have noticed!!!
First of all, I love the convenience of the drink mixes, you simply can add it to your bottle of water. The powder dissolves easily, just shake it for a minute. I am only in my second week so not sure if it is just water weight like with most diet aids or if it is doing its (magic) to say.
