This is a basic garland but it always looks very pretty!
You can put it on a Christmas Tree or anywhere else.
After the Holidays, put it on bushes outside for the squirrels or birds.
You will need :
Day Old Popcorn
Fresh Cranberries
Wax Dental Floss
1 Medium Needle
