Holiday Recipes

Broccoli Rice Casserole
2 packages chopped broccoli
1 small onion, chopped
3 tablespoons margarine
1 can mushroom soup
1 8oz jar of processed cheese food
1 cup instant rice

cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain.  Saute onions in margarine.  Do not brown.  Heat rice with onion, stirring until warm through.  Combine broccoli, rice, soup, and cheese.  Put into flat baking dish in 350 degree F oven for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
