What I say :
When reviewing GungHo I took a three day challenge. The challenge consisted of me strictly drinking GungHo and water. I did make it through the challenge and I can say that GungHo did not cause me to crash.  Energy products don’t taste the best, as we all know, It was alright it is a little strong in taste.  Overall, I would recommend this product to those who need the extra energy boost so they can stay focus.
GungHo comes in a packet, it’s liquid. It’s a shot of energy when I’m dragging. GungHo didn’t give me the jitters or make me shaky.



1. Avoid energy drinks / shots or sodas for 3 days (so you don't crash from them)
2. When you are tired, take a GungHoR instead - convenient tiny liquid packet can take with you anywhere
