The video makes it simple to follow their moves. You don't just sit in the background watching so to speak, you feel like you're actually a part of the class. They also don't just wiz on through the course either. They take their time with things.
The best part about these courses is that you do it in the comfort of your own home. On a side note the fees for local matial arts/karate classes around me are quite expensive. You pay monthly just for the course then you need to purchase the uniforms and any equipment that may be needed.
