December’s Discovery Box theme is…
As many of us begin to prepare for our own holiday traditions this month, we thought it would be a great time to learn more about the traditions of other cultures. With that in mind, we are so very excited to introduce the first Discovery Box in our “Around the World” series!
The “Around the World” theme is one that lends wonderfully to crafting as each culture is a wealth of inspiration and unique styles and artisan techniques. On the development side, teaching kids about world cultures builds their appreciation for the differences and similarities in other people and other traditions. It creates an awareness that there are many ways of living and being around the world.
December’s box will transport you to three exciting countries: Africa, India and Japan.
