Stress Break 2

Begin with your arms stretched overhead, slightly bent,eyes turned upward.  In a single motion, open your hands, spread your fingers wide, and reach up as high as you can.  Hold that position for a few seconds.  Then close your fists and lower your arms, with elbows bent.  Rest a few seconds and then repeat the starfish stretch/rest sequence 10-15 times.  For a Variety, stretch to the side.
