January 3 is the Festival of Sleep. It’s not a holiday that means no gifts and goodies, but it’s a day that really does pay tribute to the benefits of sleep. I know that I wish I could get some more sleep. It’s something I don’t get nearly enough of, and one thing that I will never ever voluntarily avoid.
