Instant Pumpkin Pie

While coming up on Thanksgiving Day here is a quick recipe that I came across while cleaning out my file cabinet the other day so I thought I would share it with everyone.

Instant Pumpkin Pie 

1 cup of canned pumpkin
2/3 cup of milk 
1 small package of vanilla instant pudding
1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice 
mix together 
Add 1 cup of Cool Whip
Pour into a baked pie shell 
put in the refrigerator for 2 hours

Serve and enjoy
