I absolutely Love this rope! it light weight, and adjustable. I like the video clip that gives three different ways to jump.I love the way the handles, seem to flow where you need them to. They are not just fixed in one spot. You do not have to stop and adjust your hand positions. The handle grips are nce and soft and the rope itself is made of a wire like material that is covered like a clothes line type wire. It's a really high quality and very sturdy type jump rope.
I do recommend this for a great workout and for the high quality.

I’ve used all types of tooth whitening products from dental procedures to over the counter strips. I’ve had my teeth whitened by the dentist before and it did work out well, but again, the price is outrageous! The difference in this kit is that it comes with it’s own UV light – just like the professionals! I started my first application right away! I’m a huge coffee drinker and I need to whiten often to keep my smile looking good. The teeth whitening kit came with a total of 5 5ml syringes of gel, UV light and duplex mouth tray. There are specific instruction to safely use this product. I really enjoyed this teeth whitening kit. It was super easy to set up and do the process itself. The product really did whiten my teeth and does a awesome job too.

Very easy to do and if you don’t get it right the first time, repeat the steps. Once you get your trays ready, you just fill them in with a little gel. Just a tip – do not put too much gel or it will taste a little bad and get in your mouth. If you use it correctly, this shouldn’t be an issue.
I kept the trays in for about 15 minutes – note: if you have not used teeth whitening products before you may want to start with 5 minutes because you will most likely have some sensitivity. Once you have used it a couple of times, this will go away.
I’m already starting to see a HUGE difference after 2 applications. Overall a good product. I really love that I don’t feel any sensitivity with this set.

This a great family movie! My children (all above the age of 9) really enjoyed it. It is quite lengthy, so we watched it over a course of 3 nights.
I was very surprised at the Filmmakers discoveries, they definitely left me pondering the historical timeline of the Bible. -but NOT questioning my faith-.
I also appreciated the time and traveling he took to make a film. Many Christians would never be able to explore, see, and experience what he brings to the film. He also did not limit his interviews to those whom agreed with the history of the Bible. I was impressed he even had the Prime Minister of Israel!

What I have noticed!!!
First of all, I love the convenience of the drink mixes, you simply can add it to your bottle of water. The powder dissolves easily, just shake it for a minute. I have no previous experience with essential oils so was not sure what to expect. I am recovering from a concussion and have constant headaches and eye pain. 5% Hyaluronic Acid Serum -Another fabulous beauty find, OZ’s Hyaluronic Serum acts to plump up and hydrate your skin while stimulating collagen in order to reduce the appearance of fine lines. Again, something I need in abundance. First you put on the serum and allow it to dry before putting your moisturizer on top of it.
Hyaluronic Acid + Vitamin C serum that deeply hydrates and plumps the skin to reduce wrinkles. In addition to the Hyaluronic acid (a super hydrating naturally occurring acid botanically derived from Cassia Angustifolia seed) and Vitamin C, it contains nourishing ingredients like aloe, green tea and Vitamin E to repair and soften skin cells. After the 20% Vitamin C serum has dried, apply dabs of product to the driest, wrinkle-prone areas of your face (like the forehead or around the mouth). This serum smells amazing because it’s scented with geranium essential oil. It also has a distinctly aloe-y consistency when spread on the face; very light and yet slightly viscous or sticky. That sticky sensation dissipates after a minute or two of drying.
The serum is a lovely consistency; liquidity enough that it's easy to apply and move around your face but gel enough that it doesn't run all over the place before you've had a chance to apply it. It has a very slight scent, but it's really pleasant; I detect rose which is a smell I'm always happy to have in my beauty products but I know there are just as many people who hate the smell as there are that love it. You have to work with it very quickly because as soon as it comes into contact with your skin it sinks in, something that I love about it, it makes my skin care routine very fast.
Firstly I cleanse and tone my face as usual, then I apply the serum. As soon as it's been applied there is no residue on the skin at all, within a couple of seconds it's completely disappeared and you're ready for your moisturiser. I use this all over my face, even up to my lash line on my eyes, and it doesn't sting or affect my sensitive eyes in any way, it even helps my eye cream to not effect them, something I really wasn't expecting.
Oz Naturals claim that the serum:
Plumps and hydrated dry, dull skin
Assists in balancing skin moisture levels
Diminishes surface lines and wrinkles by stimulating collagen
There isn't one point there that I can disagree with. Now about the serum: in the past I have used products containing hyaluronic acid, but apart from how much active ingredient is actually in the bottle, it seems that the synergy with other components is crucial. This serum is packaged in a glass bottle with a dropper to facilitate precise application. The contents are 1 fluid ounce or 30 ml, which is pretty standard, but you need very little to cover your whole face and neck, making this product really good value for money. It looks like it can easily last a couple of months. With gentle massage, the almost clear gel sinks in easily and dries quickly. You then apply your favourite cream or oil on top, which now has a much better chance to penetrate and actually do some of the wonderful things promised on the box. A serum is a carrier, so it is very important to choose an effective moisturiser or nourishing cream to apply afterwards.

When I discovered that British Soccer Camps was being held in my area this summer I was excited.
My 5 year old grandson has been asking about playing soccer for the last year. He wanted to be like his older brother and get to play and we had already decided that we were going to sign him up for soccer this year but then he had an accident at a fishing rodeo that we also took him to and took a fish hook in the eye unsure if he was going to get to attend this wonderful camp . When I was getting ready to call them to see if he would still be able to attend they called me as they need to chance the time of his camp. I told them about his not being able to do any running due to his eye and I was unsure if he could still attend. The Coach told me no problem we will be glad to work with him just to come on down and let the other coach know that he can not be running and what not and he will be more the welcome to work with him. The Coach told me that they would rather work with what he can do then for him to miss out of the whole camp. I was surprised by this so that was a plus in my book.
So off to soccer camp we went !! G had a very good time and camp all week and asked already if he could go again next year.
